Cannot access my WD HD my book

Hi
I have a WD hard drive My Book (model no. WD5000G032-001). It seems to be running fine. It is spinning and the blue ring is on etc. My problem is that I am not able to access the HD on my new computer (the old one is long gone). Via my networkrouter i have an ip address for the device but I am not sure what to do with it.
I have tried typing the ip address in a browser (IE and Chrome) with no luck.
Please help. Part of my family photoalbum is placed on the drive (my wife doesn’t know - yet) :slight_smile:
