My computer crashed and I have a new Lenovo Yoga 3 with Windows 8. When I attach my passport to load back all savings it asks for a password but I have never created one or used one.
What to do to open the Passport and do I need to download a driver or is the driver included in the Passport?

Try to check the password hint to see what comes up, also try to check if you get the same prompt on a different computer.
