Available storage vs used storage not adding up on 4TB Drive

WD External and Portable SSD My Passport Wireless SSD

Hi, I have a 4 TB WD Wireless Pro, I have saved only approximately 1.3 TB of files on the drive however, only have approximately 580 GB storage remaining. could anyone please advise and help me with this.
