I just purchased yesterday, have not installed any of the software, howeve have transfered a lot of data from my WD500 My Book to this new drive, I’ve noticed that if I re-boot my PC (running XP) it will not re-boot if 750GB drive is connected, suggestions?
Look in the BIOS and make sure USB is after hard drive in boot order.

Different brands use different key on boot to get there. Try looking on the manufacturer’s site.
