I’m new here. I bought a g-drive sometime in 2019. I don’t have the original receipt and box for my hard drive so I can’t see the paperwork/manual for my hard drive. Basically, somewhere in 2020 one of my partitions got overwritten while updating my macOS. I recently opened the drive but It keeps shutting down and ejects prematurely. I have not opened it as I would like to exercise my warranty. Who can I contact for support?
