I have two identical easystore drives, bought at the same time. Used both for a while. One still connects and recognized by the Windows 10 laptop within a few seconds. The computer never responds to the second drive. The white light comes on so it has power. How can I diagnose the second drive, there’s obviously no problem with the laptop, USB ports, or drivers. I tried swapping the cables, no difference. Tried them on an older Windows 10 machine, same behavior. Thanks in advance.
