16GB Cruzer Glide is now only allowing 1GB of storage

How can I reestablish the full 16GB of the storage. It is now only 1 GB, I used it for FreeNAS as a boot drive.

I was able to reformat the Sandisk Glide with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool.
