I purchased 1 TB My Passport Ultra on Jun,2015. The USB port of the HDD got damaged now and i am not able to use it. I want to get it serviced by the authorized dealer but i am not able to find anyone in chennai, India. Please help

Hello,

WD does not have any authorized repair services. If the drive is still under warranty you can get it replaced by contacting WD support.
