0x80071ac3 Error Pops up while coping

Hello All,

I bought WD My Passport 1 TB Hard drive on last Nov 2018.
Earlier I faced, I can’t able to transfer data using USB 3.0. Only with USB 2.0 I can able to transfer data.(still facing)
Now I facing 0x80071ac3 Pops up when I copy any data to WD Hard disk.

Kindly help to sort out this issue. Without making any damage/ loss to my 500 GB data stored on hard drive.

Your drive volume is dirty. Try to have Windows scan your drive first. You can try the method from the link below.

I tried 1st method and it’s not working. 2nd method is not possible in the hard drive. 3rd method is not possible as of now. Because as I said earlier I have around 500gb of data. It’s difficult to move all these data.

Kindly suggest any other solutions.
