i bought it - hate it - do not like the way it awkwardly functions and the frequent crashes it causes - or the poor WD support… Does anyone else have similliar feelings? If not - does anyone want to buy mine…?
Just take it back to the store, this is not a market place…
Is it the drive that crashes or the Smartware? I only used the Smartware once and uninstalled it. This is just a users forum.
