Wirelss pro file's automatically deleting

Hello. I have a My Passport Wireless Pro. We are using it primarily for microsoft office docs we need to access from multiple computers while traveling. I am having an issue where when a file folder is created and documents are placed in that file folder by one of the users, the file folder is being automatically deleted and the documents removed from the folder. Any help or suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
