Windows XP 32bit and 2TB USB3.0 GPT drive -- doesn't work!

Okay, I once had a My Books Essentials 3TB USB2.0 external drive that worked fine with Windows XP 32 bit. The drive went foul after a few years.

I bought a My Passbook 2TB USB drive (observing the 2TB limit) and I cannot assign a drive letter but it does show up in Disk Management as Healthy GPT.

What do I need to do to get this drive to work with XP?

Try writing zeros on the drive, initialize it on MBR (Master Boot Record) and then you should be able to reformat it.
