Win 7 won't boot with WD Elements Portable 1TB USB 3.0

Hi there, just like other people here, i’ve problems with this hdd when i boot win7 with it plugged in.

Pc is an HP 8100 Elite and the HDD Mfr. Part Number is WDBUZG0010BBK

I read that a possible solution is to disable usb legacy from Bios, but in this Pc isn’t even present.

Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the WD Community.

Make sure to check all the settings on the bios. Apparently, the PC is trying to boot from the drive.

Check the boot up sequence.
