What is the difference between these versions of WD My Book 4TB external drives?

I am looking to buy a new 4TB external drive and found two variations of the My Book 4TB WDBFJK0040HBK drives online:

One is WDBFJK0040HBK-NESN and the other is WDBFJK0040HBK-BESN

I was wondering what the difference is between the two, so I can get the best one out of them.

the last 4 letters are typically “Region Codes”

NESN ~ N=Pan America , E=External , SN=Standard
BESN ~ B= ?? , E=External , SN=Standard

(not sure what Region “B” is though)

Oh, I see. Thanks! That explains the price difference too, given different manufacturing regions.

P.S.: My bad, the other one is EESN, not BESN, That would mean one is from US and the other is from Europe.
