Went to best buy to get memory added to my phone and they had me buy THIS and i don't even know what yall are talking about on here is this wrong for what i need ?????

SOOOOOO confused !!! I just need memory added to my phone !! Not sure if this is what I’m needing… my phone is full as if now i can’t take any pics or screen shots etc…
