Hi team - I have brought this product 4 years back. till yesterday it was working well. today when i tried to connect, it is not able to recognize the drive in my windows 10 laptop. i could see in my computer as ELEMENT 1042. i tired both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. But it doesn’t work

Can you help me out to rectify it and recover my imp data. It is out of warranty also(just FYI)

Hello,

It is possible the partition is corrupted. I recommend using a data recovery software in order to recover your data and then formatting the drive in order to use it again.
