Wd wireless how to see photos from iPad

How do I access photos on my iPad without using a cloud. The photos were downloaded to the wireless my passport via the sd card slot. I connected to the mypassport wireless network. I find no way of finding any files or folders from my iPad.

First of all, if you do not have the complete manual for the MPW, you need to download it from wdc.com and keep it handy for reference.

I am not sure where the downloaded SD photos go on the MPW, because I don’t do it that way. It is likely in a folder called downloads or uploads.

The SD card dump is slow, and not real user friendly I have read, so I do it the way I have done this for years:

I put SD card in my PC and copy the photos from card into a folder on desktop. Then, I connect MPW to PC via USB cable. I then copy the new photo folder to the place on the MPW where I want it. Done. I copy photos, music, and videos to MPW the same way I would with any hard drive.

You REALLY need to know more about your MPW; it is not an “ordinary” hard drive; it’s somewhat specialized. The initial setup instructions tell you to use the My Cloud APP to use with your MPW. Get the complete manual, as I suggested. Please, no more questions like this until you are more informed and familiar with your new device.
