As in the topic, the program does not detect the disk, reinstalling the program did not help.
It looks to be surfacing itself with a SCSI interface, and Dashboard has significant limitations on this interface. Is this a SAS product, or connected to an intermediary hardware that might only surface SCSI? Some drivers could do this too if you have installed any special storage drivers, but I would not expect it on a typical Windows installation using inbox drivers.
Detection is likely not working due to the model string truncation (which is expected for a SCSI interface), but even if the detection was successful you would be missing features like the health check, temperature, interface speed, etc.
