I dowload SmartWare last version but it doesn’t works.
when I click on “back up” the sw crashes, …after a long time the menu opens up but I can not set anything … the sw does not go forward.
My device is a My Passport Ultra.
how can I fix it?

Have you tried to uninstall the software and then re install it to see if this makes the software work properly?
