Hi. My Passport Ultra Software stopped working. It is not possible to install WD Security or WD Smartware for my Passport Ultra again. The operating system is a actual Windows 7 pro. Virus Scanner is Bitdefender.
If i’m starting the installation i get no Window with the installation programm. The software is shown in task manager, but stopped operating.
I tried to deinstall complete (including delete all registry keys with WD Smartware and others, but this have no result.
