I connected my WD Passport and clicked on the unlock icon as per normal, But instead of unlocking the device I get a warning error message stating that “you must run the WD Unlock application from the WD Drive Unlock CD associated with the drive you want to unlock”
I am confused on how to correct this as it is on the drive and I have never seen this before.
I know the password, it just wont let me get to the input screen to unlock the drive.
Please help
