I have been using my passport WDBYNN00-10BBK for over a year on my windows laptop, I have just purchased my macbook and can’t seem to get it to work. When I plug in the hard drive, it does not appear in the devices nor in disk utility. I downloaded WD discovery and it doesn’t appear on there either when plugged in. Works fine on my windows. Not sure what to do as I need it to work on both devices for my work.
Any advice???
