My Passport external 5 TB drive no longer viewable in Explorer. Still viewed as connected on the computer and under my devices but can’t see the file contents. A DOS command prompt doesn’t see the device or any E: or F: devices.
I have changed USB cords and ports, uninstalled the device, searched for new drivers, restarted the computer several times.
the harddrive DID read on another laptop but no longer.
what giveS?
