Hi, some help needed please!
I have used an external drive on my MacBook Pro in the past and never had any problems.
I have had to get a replacement and just started to use it. On the MacBook Pro, I cannot delete folders or files or save any files. The Passport icon also doesn’t stay on the desktop or when I go to save it.
I don’t have problems like this when I use it on the Windows PC…
The message I get when I try to save is ‘word cannot save or create this file. The disk may be full or write-protected. Try one or more of the following: - free more memory - make sure that the disk you want to save the file on is not full, write-protected, or damaged.’
