WD my passport ultra 1TB connecting but not readable by PC

hi guys,
my wd passport ultra 1 tb hard disk has little fallen…and after 2 days it is not able to read it.when i connect to my laptop it starts glitching after long time it just showing drive is there but we cant open it.and some time small beep sound also came.what should i do…guys…is it repairable or not…can someone please help / guide me…

Is your drive showing up in the disk management?

Thank you for your response first…yes my hard disk drive is shows up in the disk management.but it is not correctly installed ( unknown not initialized) when viewing the disk’s properties.and I’ve attached that screenshot image also.please guide me…
