WD My passport not showing up as drive (win10)

This is probably something easy but it has been a while since I played with it.

It seems to show up as everything BUT a drive here is a snip

Of ourse ThePit is what I am looking for.can someone help me out with what I am missing. I tried mapping but it doesn’t show up as an option.

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

Try to go to the search section and type “\the name of the drive or its IP”, this will show you the different shares which you will be able to right click and map. Hope this helps.

I am having this same problem. I cannot seem to search anywhere to get MyPasport recognised so as to be able to use it. Any other suggestions about how to resolve this issue?
