Dear all : My WD passport has been working correctly for the last 4 years. I have also in it very important documents which I can not get from any else.
When I connected to my computers light is on & it spins continuously & rarely it has crack sound. In addition it can not be recognized even by checking disc manager. Thus I politely request the WD community to support me either maintaining the hard disk or to recover my critical important documents.

dunno what to advise ? … except in future, make you keep a backup of important documents from now on
