WD My Passport 1TB not opening in windows 10

Hi,

I can’t see my folder which contained important files with huge memory space. when I click on drive then only 4 files open

  1. Extras

  2. Locale

  3. autorun.inf

  4. WD Drive Unlock

When I try to unlock the WD Drive, it throws a message box saying “connect a smart card” to continue. It is not allowing me to even enter my password. I am using Asus System and Windows 10 OS. However, it is working fine in other laptops.

Please help me with this issue.

What happens if you check the properties for this drive on the Windows 10 computer?

Does it show space available?
