I bought my WD easy store external drive and it is connected and everything. The WD software detects the drive and everything but will not show up anywhere for me to drag and drop files my laptop wont even use its storage im always running out of space on my 26 GB laptop
You mean your drive is not visible in windows explorer but it is available in Device Manager?
