I use my elements on my laptop with windows 10. I mainly use it to watch some of my movies I have put on it. After about an hour to an hour and a half it stops working. I can unplug it and wait at least 30 minutes and plug it back in, NOTHING. It doesn’t start up or does the computer recognize it. Pretty frustrating!!!
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
