iv had this harddrive for about 1 month using on my macbook i removed it safetly by dragging it to the bin and then the next time i reconnected it nothing happens apart from constant flashing light, tried plugging it to a windows pc and same thing no reading what so ever. tried a different usb cable again nothing
It could be a bad power supply contact customer service.

does it have a power supply? if so, try plugging it directly into the wall. this will test to make sure that you’re getting enough power to the power adapter.
