Dear All,
My External Hard disk WD Elements 1 TB is not working properly .I have Engineering data of my works for last 10 years stored .I can see flash Light and can also see icon/symbol in device &drive section of My computer .Symbol doesn’t indicate storage capacity and free storage .When i clink on symbol …it shows me i/o issue in message .
Please kindly help how to recover the files ,as i have Engineering datas and my personal worldwide trip pictures .Unfortunately i didnt have a back up copy .
