Help! Trying to get old files from my WD Elements 10A8 to my new pc but no luck so far. The 10A8 is visible in computer mgmt tab, the devise works properly and when I tell pc to upgrade driver ‘the best driver is already installed’. However, the device is invisible in the file manager. Any ideas???
