Hi, I have just purchased a WD My Passport 1TB portable SSD.
The WD Back up and Security tabs work ok but the WD Drive Utilities opens an empty window with the message “attach a supported WD drive”?
How do I attach my new Passport SSD drive to it, I thought it would auto populate it?
So currently I can’t use the drive utilities function, any ideas?

In order to fix the error that WD Drive Utilities does not recognize drive, you can try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again . Download the safe version from its official site. Then run it again and check whether these WD Drive Utilities issues are fixed
