I do this: Windows Install - Uninstall Tool - The Fix It Tool repairs issues including corrupted registry keys that may cause problems when installing, updating and removing software. - Please refer to Microsoft Article Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed that corrrects issues on a Windows PC when there are issues installing, updating, starting or uninstalling WD Software.
I do this too: Windows System File Checker - The File Checker scans for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. - Please refer to Microsoft Article Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files to resolve Windows file system issues.
And didn’t find any problems.
I didn’t receive any error or notification when I install/run WD Drive Utilities, but it isn’t installed…
I cannot run WD Drive Utilities.
The drive is working, but only after I run Wd Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows on it.
