Warranty dates

Good morning.
I am Oscar Diamante, argentinian. RMA 88564198.

I sent my SSD on June 25, to the WD warehouse in my country and it was just registered on July 5.
Even today, July 28, more than a month, I don’t have the product, and from WD they don’t give me a solution other than to keep waiting for it.
I need my PC to work, and I didn’t think the warranty would take that long. I will have to buy a new drive from another brand if I do not receive the SSD shortly.
I ask please, if you cannot send the same disc, another type of solution to my problem.
