Wake-up time from idle?

Can anyone specify the wake-up times from idle state for the WD external HD’s?

Need to know cause it’s causing big issues when connected to external media servers.

If it doesnt ‘wake’ quick enough (after going idle)  they end up not being recognized by the

server and becomes inaccessible from all systems. (QNAP 209II-Pro if ur interrested)

What i need to know is how quick the following WD’s drives start up?

WD Extern HD My Passport

WD External HD My Book
