Out of the blue my clip just resets itself every time I choose ‘record now’. I use this feature a lot and have over 170 recordings and it’s very important to me I get it working again. I just tried upgrading the firmware and the problem still occurs!
Have you tried to reformat the device?
got it working, just had to rename the recording files back to their default name.
