My Sansa ear phones are not working properly. I have to hold it in a particular angle to play songs corectly. I thought it would be sansa players issue. But when I connected the ear phone to laptop and heard songs…same issue came.
So, I came to know that its earphones issue.
Now, my product is still in warranty. Can I get new earphones? If so, how ? whom to contact ? How to contact?
