Unallocated space

I have a harddrive named HTS725050A7E630 labeled 500GB. The disk is not in use. When I look into the disk there is unallocated space of 320GB. No partitions.

I seems to have lost 180GB.

I use EaseUS Partion Master.

Any clue?
