Meet the same error as you. Maybe you can try Acronis True Image WD Edition 2016.33 Download | TechSpot. If it does not work, either, you had better to get an alternative to Acronis True Image WD, which can clone hard drives, back up the OS, applications, settings and all of your data, while also securely wiping any confidential but unnecessary data.
