Unable to Create RMA for the defective external Hdd

I have a faulty western digital external 1tb hdd that defects on me with a RAW format, luckily i’ve backup the important files and would like to make a RMA for it.

But the problem is I can’t create a RMA in the WD Support Portal.
It keep popping up
“An error was encountered during RMA creation.”
after i select my shipment address.
