Hi all! I bought the iXpand to transfer my large videos. I already formatted the stick to xFAT, but still getting “operation failed”. What else can I do? Thanks

Hi, Make sure that the iXpand USB drive is formatted with a compatible file system. exFAT is a good choice for compatibility between Windows and macOS. If you’ve already formatted it to exFAT, that’s nice and the issue could be something else. I would suggest, running chkdsk on the drive.
