any ideas? i run on xp…never dealt with anything like this before…it causes my computer to crash as soon as i hit the convert button…first the computer freezes…then the screen goes blank…then it restarts…i have ran virus scans…nothing…had this computer for two years now and NEVER had a problem…it only happens when i hit the convert button…any ideas folks
