Sync Installation can not see the My Cloud drive

I have tried installing Sync version 1.1.5731.17046, but it cannot find the My cloud Drive.

When i click on Try Again, it just goes off.

When i try to sign in to my Mycloud devices, the e-mail and password boxes just go blank.

Help Please.

What OS are you trying to install the application? Are you on the same network as the My Cloud? From where are you downloading the app?

I am on Windows 10

Yes on same network - workgroup

all software downloaded from WD site
