I sent it in and it was received on June 24, it was supposed to be here no later than August 10, and I just called Sansa two days ago. They told me to expect an email between 24-48 hours from that call. I was supposed to have a status update email about an hour and a half ago. Really, when will this end? Any help or update would help - I have the ID and serial number. Thanks
