Suddenly "unable to perform"

Theres a pop up notif “unable to perform” for the last 2 months and keep on that way even though i have followed the how-to in the instruction. It said “unable to perform. In order to access your data on the SanDisk drive, “caf-999 mounted_ro” , please provide access to the drive root folder”. And ive been doing this over and over again for the last 2 months and it keep coming back to the notif “unable to perform”. Already uninstall and reinstall the app. Its updated. Same SanDisk stick and new SanDisk stick. Can anyone help inform me what have i done wrong?
