I haven’t used My Passport Ultra for a few years, but I need it immediately but when I plugged it in to use it all that came up was the CD Drive (E) WD Unlocker. I didn’t see anything else, no My Passport or any link to it. I looked deeper on my computer and this was the only other name it’s called: WD Drive Management devices.
Please help this newbie, in a video if at all possible, otherwise, instructions as to find how to get to the “My Passport Ultra.” I would really appreciate it! In simple terms, if you can please!
