I purchase new 2TB WD Elements and I copy my data from computer to the portable disk. Speed was excellent. But after some time while I open portable disk its speed is very slow either copy from disk or to disk. Data transfer rate is 10 to 40 KB/S. Any one please I need to solve it as there are my important data. I want to retrieve the data and solve the issue of slow transfer rate.
