I am new here and I really hope to get some help, this will be the first post but I am pretty sure that others will follow.
I had great plans for my external hard drive, basically my idea is to use it as backup for pics, videos and audio files mainly and have this files in a personla cloud accessibla from each device I would like (mainly smartphones like iPhone 5 and Galaxy s3) . Nothing extremely original actually, so I thought it would work straight forward, well, it didn´t and I can´t hide that I am very disappointed at the moment, but it´s too early to blame it on the drive and I will hope it´s only lack of knowledge from my side. I hope you guys (and girls 
? ) can help me.
My device is a WD My Book Live NAS-System 2TB.
I try to access it via the official sw mybooklive and it gets forever to navigate through it, every change I do in the settings takes up to one minute of “save in progress” even simply clicking through the software takes several minutes of waiting? Is it really normal ?
